Tom Moore has over 25 years of on-the-ground experience in management and industry. During his career, he has helped dozens of organizations and leaders create operational excellence in most types of manufacturing and business processes. Dr. Moore is a Lean sensei and expert, Six Sigma Master Belt and scrum master with an impressive academic background. He earned a doctorate in human organizational systems, and the combination of his real-world experience and in-depth knowledge of organizational systems make him an exceptional Shingo facilitator. Dr. Moore is a results-oriented, evidence-based process consultant capable of using a unique combination of theory and praxis to help organizations succeed in improvement efforts and the organizational development needed to sustain those efforts. His approach is highly collaborative, and he truly believes the best solution/intervention comes from working closely with clients.
