HKPO was founded in 2006 and has been a Shingo Licensed Affiliate since 2017. Specializing in consulting services and workshops, HKPO helps organizations integrate the Shingo Guiding Principles or prepare for a Shingo Prize challenge. HKPO offers tailored private Shingo workshops designed to meet specific organizational needs. These workshops provide foundational learning about the Shingo Model™ and its 10 Guiding Principles, along with hands-on, interactive experiences led by expert facilitators. Participants engage in Go and Observe activities at award-winning sites, explore behaviors that exemplify principles such as “Respect Every Individual” and “Lead with Humility,” and learn how behaviors, systems, and principles work together to drive results.
