Antonio Perez has extensive director-level experience leading world-class organizations – such as FCA, APTIV, and Marelli Suspension – and helping them to develop a lean culture in plants with 1500+ employees. In his nearly three decades as a leader, Mr. Perez utilizes growth coaching skills and behaviors to develop management and front-line team members to deliver the highest performance through daily routines and practices (leader standard work), while placing special attention on challenging people, promoting training, and fostering the right behaviors. In developing teams, his main focus is to transmit the Lean management principles and behaviors that promote safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale. With responsibilities in Mexico, USA, Brazil, and Italy, Mr. Perez’s world-class manufacturing background enables him to implement systems to improve competitiveness, health, and profitability.
