Biography
Brad Winn is a leadership & strategy practice professor and Executive MBA director at the Huntsman School of Business, Utah State University. He has over 25 years of executive experience leading organizational change and continuous improvement. He serves as senior editor of the People+Strategy international journal for SHRM’s Executive Network. His research and consulting practices focus on organizational excellence, technology, and culture. He serves on several boards, including Utah HR Executive Roundtable and Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.
Dr. Winn completed his engineering degree at Purdue University and worked in ATK Thiokol’s solid rocket booster program for the NASA space shuttle program. He completed his PhD at the University of Michigan and worked as a senior manager for Novations consulting firm. In addition to working in business, industry, and education, Brad has devoted time to public service in the Utah Governor’s Office and has been an elected member of the Utah Legislature. Dr. Winn currently teaches several EMBA courses including Executive Influence, Leadership Development, and Shingo Global Strategic Thinking.
