Biography

Katie Anderson is an internationally recognized leadership consultant, keynote speaker, and award-winning author who helps leaders align purpose, develop people, and achieve results by building cultures of continuous learning.

Katie is a Shingo Faculty Fellow, and her book Learning to Lead, Leading to Learn is a recipient of the Shingo Publication Award. She is also the host of the transformational leadership podcast Chain of Learning®.

A skilled change agent and coach, Katie has supported tens of thousands of leaders across industries and around the world to create people-centered cultures where learning, problem-solving, and performance go hand in hand. Her work focuses on helping leaders shift from being the problem-solver to creating the conditions for others to think, grow, and lead.

A graduate of Stanford University, Katie was also a Fulbright Scholar in Australia, where she earned her master’s degree in public health. She previously held senior operational excellence leadership roles in healthcare organizations before founding her consulting practice in 2013.

Through leadership development, coaching, and immersive learning experiences—including leadership programs in Japan—Katie works with leaders and change practitioners to build real problem-solving capability, engagement, and ownership.
