Evelyn Ferrer is the VP Operations Development at Eos Energy Enterprises, bringing extensive global operations leadership and continuous improvement expertise across multiple industries. Prior to this role, she served as Senior Director of Operations at Jabil, Inc., leading Latin America (LATAM) Region Healthcare Operations within Jabil’s fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment supporting diverse customers and evolving technologies.

Previously, Evelyn was the Americas Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Director at Jabil, where she helped develop, establish, and sustain initiatives for the company’s Transformational Lean Six Sigma Program. Her career spans the Electronics, Automotive, Healthcare, and Food industries, with experience at organizations including Motorola, Baxter, Breed Technologies, and Pepperidge Farm, contributing across operations, supply chain, quality, engineering, and business units.

Evelyn holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt through Ohio State, and was named a 2019 STEP Ahead Award Honoree by The Manufacturing Institute.
