Biography

Fabrice Bernhard serves as the Chief Technology Officer of Theodo, a prominent technology consultancy he co-founded with Benoît Charles-Lavauzelle. Under his leadership, Theodo has grown from a team of 10 in 2012 to an organization of 700 by 2022, and the evolution of the company has been highlighted in various publications, including the book Learning to Scale at Theodo Group. With offices in London, Paris, and Casablanca, Theodo leverages Lean Tech to develop transformative technology solutions for a diverse global clientele, including multinational corporations such as VF Corporation, Raytheon Technologies, SMBC, Biogen, Colas, Tarkett, Dior, Safran, BNP Paribas, Allianz, and SG, as well as leading tech scale-ups like ContentSquare, ManoMano, and Qonto.

An expert in technology and large-scale transformations, Fabrice has played a pivotal role in helping numerous startups scale more sustainably through Lean thinking. His insights have been sought at international conferences such as the Lean Summit, DevOpsDays, and CraftConf. He holds degrees from École Polytechnique and ETH Zürich and resides in London with his two sons.
