Glasson Fonseca is a transformation and industrial operations executive with more than 25 years leading large-scale performance turnarounds across mining and process industries. He has held leadership roles at Minsur, Taboca Mineração, Sibelco Group, Votorantim Cimentos, and Novelis and now serves on the C-Suite of Consorcio Minero Horizonte (CMH) with Transformation & Strategy Deployment, reporting to the CEO.

At CMH, Glasson leads an enterprise-wide program that aligns value creation and cultural transformation across five mines in Peru and Colombia. His mandate explicitly reshapes cultural and managerial systems, from top executives to operational leaders, translating strategy into daily management through tiered routines, KPI trees, short-interval control, and disciplined problem solving.
