J. Eduardo Amezcua received his formal training in industrial engineering and currently trains and consults in the manufacturing and service industries. Since a young age, he has worked in multicultural environments in New Zealand, Mexico, and the United States. Mr. Amezcua has developed his core skills in Lean manufacturing, helping companies use problem-solving methodologies such as PDCA and DMAIC, as well as helping them create a continuous improvement culture. Mr. Amezcua earned a bachelor of science in industrial and systems engineering and a master of science in quality and productivity from Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education. Certified as a Shingo facilitator, he presents workshops in both Mexico and Chile. He is also certified in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
