Biography
Kevan Latty has over 30 years’ experience leading improvement initiatives across various industries, including finance, telecommunications, defense, mining, health, and logistics. He has partnered with senior executives and frontline teams to drive programs that generate customer loyalty, increase revenues, and save billions in costs while embedding cultures and principles of organizational excellence. Kevan has held pivotal roles with the Royal Australian Air Force and at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, where he helped earn a Shingo Silver Medallion. Today, he continues to drive enterprise process strategy and digital capability uplift in systems, processes, and people. A Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and a Shingo alumnus, Kevan is known for an engaging facilitation style that blends pragmatism and commerciality with creativity in real-world contexts. He has coached hundreds of people in making complex concepts accessible, actionable, and sustainable across diverse industries, organizations, and communities.
