Rebecca Powers Teeters holds a PH.D. in chemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia and brings more than 25 years of dedication, commitment, and leadership to 3M. She has served in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility over the course her career including manufacturing forensic chemist, Six Sigma Black Belt, plant manager, manufacturing and supply chain director/VP for several businesses, global enterprise operations vice president of Strategy and Execution, and senior vice president of Fluoromaterial Stewardship.

Rebecca now serves as the senior vice president chemical operations where she leads 3M’s global chemical business and operations while continuing to represent the company on Fluoromaterial Stewardship.
