Ron Pujalte spent 24 years in the manufacturing industry prior to joining GBMP. He started his career on the manufacturing floor of a transformer facility before becoming a cymbal smith at the Avedis Zildjian Company. He moved up the ranks at Zildjian to director of manufacturing, where he became a practitioner of the Toyota Production System. Mr. Pujalte served as director of operations and eventually COO at Warerite Distributors, a high-volume countertop manufacturer. He received his black belt in six sigma in 2002 and his master black belt in 2006. Mr. Pujalte earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Northeastern University. Since joining GBMP in 2006, he has worked in hundreds of companies from many different industries including automotive, food, electronics, computers, and more.
