Steve Fannon is a master of product and process quality improvement. With over 20 years of experience teaching Lean, Six Sigma, and a myriad of supporting tools and techniques, he specializes in the engineering and manufacturing world, particularly the automotive sector. As a consultant and integral part of TMI’s team, Mr. Fannon has assisted in the development of improvement capabilities in a variety of industries, including retail, business services, pharmaceuticals, and local government. He has extensive expertise teaching and coaching Lean Six Sigma ‘Belts’ at all levels, as well as leading the development of integrated learning programs for process excellence, quality improvement and leadership, and achieving success via partnership and collaboration.
