Membership in the Shingo Academy is an honor bestowed upon individuals with distinguished careers in organizational excellence. Members of the Academy support the mission of the Shingo Institute by attending events, providing contacts for speakers and site tours, furthering research, and providing advice. The Shingo Academy is the hall of fame for organizational excellence. New members are inducted into the Shingo Academy each year. Nominations are reviewed and chosen by the Shingo Executive Advisory Board.
