Whether you are at your job site or working from home, attend a virtual Shingo workshop on any computer or smart device. Virtual workshops are now available as two- or three-day workshops in the same manner as the face-to-face workshops (same agenda, format, and flow), but you will join through a digital platform instead of in person. One of the best features of Shingo workshops is the Go & Observe activities. We carry these valuable, engaging, and interactive experiences over to the virtual workshops as well.

All Shingo workshops are held from 8 am – 5 pm in the designated time zone, unless noted otherwise. *DISCOVER EXCELLENCE is the first prerequisite, SYSTEMS DESIGN is the second prerequisite, and BUILD EXCELLENCE is the capstone workshop in the series.

Workshops are priced for developed and developing country markets, as determined by the International Monetary Fund. Click the IMF Country List to determine your country’s market designation.
